Valetta House, Vandalism and Neglect, 2012
This grand old mansion built in 1856 has been crumbling for years. Recently it has had homeless people living in it resulting in broken windows and doors. Galvanised iron, boarded up windows and security wire are now its most prominent and saddest features.

Mosspennoch, Vandalism and Neglect, 2012
This grand mansion on Clarendon Street has been unoccupied and crumbling for many years. In 2011 it was occupied by homeless people resulting in a fire and some internal and external damage. It is now boarded up and surrounded by security fencing. There has been no action on the part of the owners to repair or restore the building.

Photos of indiscriminate parking at Yarra Park during the summer of 2012.
A call to the MCC improved the situation around the plane trees to some extent but after a couple of weeks the situation reverted.
Still, long lines of cars and trucks drive and park over tree roots well under the canopies and within a metre or so of the trunks.
