1857. MCC Building Advice: To build the foundations of some houses for the Hon. J.F. Palmer (signed: James Bonham).
1863. Henry Langlands, pioneer, ironfounder and politician died here (at No.1). Widow lived on - see A.D.B. Vol.2.
1884. Palmer's five pre-fab houses in square, owned up to 1884 by D. McKellar. Subsequently bought by Mrs. T. Ball.
1885. Names mentioned: Mrs. Tabitha Ball - owner. Mrs. Thomas - occupier.
1888. Name mentioned: Mrs. Tabitha Ball.
1902. MCC BR: Mrs. Ball to make additions for self (may have been an addition to one of Palmer's pre-fabs).
1929. MCC BR: T.J. Armstrong a Chapel for Adult Deaf and Dumb Society. Gawler and Drummond - architects.
1977. Part of Adult Deaf and Dumb Society.
