1853. MCC BR: Peters, Colhoun and McFarlane to build for selves stuccoed frame house, between Powlett Street and Parade Family Hotel.
1854. Stephen Tiverton. Wood, 14 rooms, bar, kitchen and stables.
1855. Name mentioned: Thos. Lean - Parade Family Hotel.
1858. Ward - Licensee.
1859. MCC BR: T. Hill and Whotmough commenced building at Parade Hotel for John Henderson of Little Flinders Street Brewery.
1860. Bryant - Licensee.
1862. William Webb - Licensee.
1863. MCC BR: Geo. Freeman to make brick and stone alterations and additions for William Highett. J.F. Mathews architect. This was probably a rebuild.
1864. William Webb - occupier. Highett - agent for owner. Brick and stone, 16 rooms, bar.
