Original Certificate of Title Vol 1386, Fol 277076 printed on vellum.

The document pertains to the transfer of land  at 140 Jolimont Road, Jolimont. Thomas Joshua Jackson is the first owner registerd on the document which is dated 23 August 1882. The last owner registered is The Proprietor, First Pacific Investments Pty Ltd and dated 12 May 1997.  Since the recent sale of the land in 2022, now recorded digitally, this title is obsolete. 

Thomas Jackson, part owner of Young and Jackson's Hotel, built the house, Eblana, which currently stands on the site.
