O'LOGHLEN, Frank Anthony

Biographical notes: 

Frank Anthony O'Loghlen was the son of Patrick Joseph and Mary Josephine, nee Blake-Forster, O'Loghlen. He was born in August, 1895, the second of three youngest of three children. He enlisted on 29 April, 1915, aged nineteen years.

Charles Townsend O’Neill was born in Queanbeyan, NSW, in 1876.  He was the eighth of the ten children, eight boys and two girls, born to James O’Neill and his wife, Mary Ann, nee Affleck.  He joined the New South Wales police force after leaving school and by 1899 was stationed in Broken Hill and was there when he volunteered for the Boer War.  He was appointed to the 1st New Sou

Clark Orman was working as a night porter when he enlisted in the AIF on 27 October 1916. Although he was living in Victoria Parade, East Melbourne, he enlisted at Geelong. He was just over 21, 5'7", with light blue eyes and brown hair. His father was his next of kin and lived at 9 L'Avenue, Newtown, NSW.
