Was originally No. 19, on the west corner of Charles Street. 1868. Name mentioned: George Wragge - chemist. 1869. MCC BR: Paton and Pepper to build house, corner Charles Street, for Mr. G. Shaw. 1870. Geo. Shaw - owner/occupier. Brick, 8 rooms. 1870-81. George Shaw - merchant of Flinders Street. Then moved to 103 or 113 Wellington Parade. House demolished in 1976.
