Sketch for gasolier proposed for the first Trinity Church, George Street, East Melbourne.  The first church was completed in 1864 to a design by Leonard Terry and was burnt down in 1905.  The sketch is signed P. Oakden and dated 27.9.79. Percy Oakden had formed a partnership with Leonard Terry in 1874 as Terry and Oakden, architects.
