Agent to call in lawyers as squatters take over
Photocopied newspaper clipping about squatters occupying Eastbourne House on the corner of Wellington Parade and Simpson Street and the four houses next door in Simpson Street, all under the one ownership. It was the first occupation of private premises by the Squatters' Union since its formation in 1981.

Bambi Shmith, model
A three page magazine article on the life of Patricia, Lady Harewood by Lawrence Money and published in the (melbourne) magazine. Lady Harewood was born Patricia Tuckwell, sister of Barry Tuckwell, musician. She married photographer, Athol Shmith. She became a leading model, known as Bambi Shmith, with her husband taking many fashion photos of her.
