Newspaper articles about the publication of a book on the history of Bishopscourt, titled "Bishopscourt Melbourne - Official Residence and Family Home" by Elizabeth Rushen. The book was commissioned by Mrs Joy Freier, wife of Archbishop Philip Freier, who wanted it to be a social rather than a church history. The book was launched on 7 October 2013 by Professor Geoffrey Blainey.

Coalition of the angry line up against sell-off

Newspaper clipping reporting on peoples' anger over the proposed sell-off of the old Peter MacCallum Cancer Hospital in East Melbourne. The state government claims it is surplus to its needs but the public view is that the site is such an important one it should be kept for public use and re-purposed.
