RILEY, Edwin
Edwin Riley was born in East Melbourne in July 1898. When he enlisted on 19 October, 1916, he was 28 years old, married to Lilian Ida Riley and livng at 16 Harmsworth St., Collingwood, Victoria. He had previous military experience in 1911, serving with the Australian Field Artilery (FA). He was 28 years old, 5' 6 1/2" tall, an iron worker,with blue eyes and brown hair.

RIPPINGALE, Jack Parker
Jack Parker Rippingale was a Driver with the 13th Reinforcements, 8th Light Horse. He was born at Malvern, Victoria, the son of John Parker Rippingale and Janet Jacks. A nurseryman by trade, he enlisted on 29 September, 1915 and was called up on 6 October 1915. Aged 23, he embarked for the war front on 18 January 1916 on board the HMAT 'Vestalia' A 44.

Duncan Glenerochie Robertson (youngest child) was born in 1883 to Robert Robertson (Robertson & Sons Jewellers, Little Collins Street West) and Clara Jane Robertson (nee Low). The family resided at 'Archdale', George Street, Fitzroy. Both parents died in 1887.

ROBINSON, Alexander Harold
- Enlisted aged 25 years and 10 Months on the 27 March 1915 to join the 24th Battalion at Broadmeadows.
- Married to Isobel and was a railway employee, being 6 feet and 1 1/2 inches tall and living at 153 Wellington Parade, East Mebourne.
- Embarked for Egypt per HMAS "EURIPIDEA" on 8 may 1915.
- Served at Gallipoli and transferred to the ANZAC Provost Corps.
