This is a notice to members of the EMHS Annual General Meeting to be held via Zoom at 5:00pm on Wednesday 21 October 2020. Archbishop Philip Freier will talk to us after the AGM. The Zoom link will be provided in advance by email to financial members.

Business:

1. To confirm the Minutes of the 20th Annual General Meeting held on 16 October 2019.
2. To receive and consider the Annual Report of the Committee for the year ended 30 June 2020.
3. To receive and consider the Financial Statements of the Society for the year ended 30 June 2020.
4. To elect a President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Administrator and four ordinary members of the Committee to hold office until the next Annual General Meeting of the Society.
5. To set the Annual Subscription payable by members of the Society for the year ending 31 December 2021 at $30.00, payable by 31 January 2021.

NOTES:

1. Download and install the Zoom app if you have not previously done so. This involves opening an account, but a free account will suffice. You will need to provide an email address and create a password, to be used to sign-in to the meeting;
2. Provide the Society (membership [at] emhs [dot] org [dot] au) with your current email address unless you are confident that it already is held by the Society. The Society will send an email to all members for whom it has an email address inviting them to participate in the meeting;
3. Accept the invitation;
4. Ten minutes before the meeting click on the link in your email invitation to join the meeting.
