Notes on card: No. 20a situated behind No. 20. 20a appears to be attached to No. 16, c1870 Mr. Robt Dixon. Cottage with attic rooms, probably a former coach house. Fronts onto yard behind post office. Has entrance from lane in Hotham Street. R.O.W. on north side leads tp P.O. yard. Appears 1894 on Board of Works Map M387 and in overlay 1922-32.
