1887. Michael Kelly to build two 2-storey houses for Mr. R. Stone. Architect: Mr. Dunn.
1888. R. Stone - listed as owner/occupier both properties. Each of brick, 9 rooms.
1889. Names mentioned: No.20. Rev. William Cuttle and No.22 Frederick W. Pleydell.
National Trust Classification. Citation: 1974. Part of Eye and Ear Hospital.

On corner Albert Street and Morrison Place (formerly known as Brunswick Street).
1872. MCC BR: G.T.W. Freeman, of Richmond, to build church for Trustees of the Swedenborgian Church.
Now store room for the Eye and Ear Hospital.
(Note: The street number was probably No.6 Morrison Place.)

1886. Dunton and Hearnden for Mr. J. Thompson. Four 4-storey houses. Architect: Mr. Webb.
(Note: One of the houses was subsequently demolished)
