Newspaper clipping publicises a new book 'Remembering Melbourne 1850-1960' edited by Richard Broome and published by the Royal Historical Society of Victoria. It has over 700 photos of Melbourne's lost or changed buildings. The first half of the book covers CBD buildings and was compiled by the RHSV. The remainder of the book was the work of about 20 historical societies including the East Melbourne Historical Society which covered suburban areas.
