1860. R. Richardson to build for self 2 cottages. 1861. Richardson - owner. Clark - occupier. Geo. Clark was a builder, who worked in East Melbourne. Built 173 Gipps Street. 1862. Geo. Black - owner both cottages. Occupiers - Richard Beer and Phillip Nunn. ( Note: 2 photos on file showing No. 121 and No.125)
