1854. MCC BR: Wm. Powell for Harry Bridger a brick cottage. 1855. Hy. Bridger, owner, brick cottage of 4 rooms. 1857. John Bell of Collingwood to build extensions for Mr. Bridger. 1864. Hy. Bridger, owner, rated for brick cottage of 9 rooms and a vacant land lot. 1865. Edward Delbridge of 138 Moor Street, Fitzroy to pull down cottage and erect 2 houses for Henry Bridger. 1866. H. Bridger, owner.

One of a pair of terrace houses.
History: 
109 and 111 Hotham Street replaced a cottage built for the same owner, Henry Bridger, in 1854. According to Brenda Niall Mary Grant Bruce lived at No. 111 for a short time, 'It was probably late in 1898 - her accounts of her departure [from her parents home in Traralgon] vary - when Minnie Bruce left home for Melbourne. ...
