25th Anniversary and the Importance of History

This will be our 25th Annual General Meeting.  Following the AGM, and to mark the occasion, Dr Liz Rushen AM, as one of the founders of the Society, will take us back to its beginnings and tell us the story of how it all began. 
Then Professor Richard Broome AM will talk to us on the importance of history.  Professor Broome is a renowned historian and author of many books. His special area of interest is Australian Aboriginal history.  His talk is sure to inspire us all to learn more about our past, and its many avenues yet to be explored.
