The game being played here is "Table Bobs". The end of the table has 9 numbered archways. There are six balls, five coloured ones and a white (or black) "kitty". Players take turns playing a full round each. The kitty is placed near the arches and the coloured balls are cued from behind a play line. Scores are made by playing the balls into the arches. In each round, until the kitty is hit the played balls are "dead" and are removed. Up to that point any scores are negative. After the kitty is hit the scores are positive. If the kitty is hit into an arch the score is doubled. The winner may be the highest score after an agreed number of rounds or the first player to reach 100 points.
