1858. Nos. 121 to 125 were probably numbered earlier as Nos. 82, 80, 78 in that order. 1858. MCC BR: George Clayton, of No. 76 (probably old number) George Street, for self 3 houses. The builder Clayton lived behind terraces, at old No. 76. 1860. MCC BR: George Clayton for self, 3 kitchens. 1860. Earliest resident at No.121 appears to have been Rev. James Mirams. 1861.

Index card shows Nos.185-196. This should probably be 186-196. Church is on corner of Lansdowne Street. 1898 onwards, Chalmers Hall, Gipps Street West (Parliament Place) was used as the Greek Orthodox Church with Father Kantopolous as priest. (See East Melbourne history). Then in: 1900. MCC BR: Murray and Crow to build foundations for front wall of Greek Church.

1902. Appears in Directory. 1903. W.H. Lewis - Station Master. (Note: There is a reference in the index card regarding Sir W.J. Clarke. The private railway platform seems to be one at Sunbury, near his 'Rupertswood' property. See 'Walkabout' and A.D.B. Vol.3).
