Burlington Terrace was built in 1867 by H P Harris of Queen Street for himself. It consisted originally of 16 two storey town houses which extended round the corner into Lansdowne Street. Architect - Charles Webb.
Classified by the National Trust of Victoria in 1974 - citation seee index cards.

Jolimont Street planned office building 'flawed'
Newspaper clipping reporting on the proposed re-development of 86-88 Jolimont Street. Initial plans for the new office building were rejected by Council. Report gives a detailed background to the story.
The developer is named as Geoff Harris, philanthropist and Flight Centre co-founder. Previous owner of the site was Cricket Victoria.
