In 1991 chef Lino d'Angelo leased the dining room of the New Boundary Hotel to run his Restaurant Menage. This newsletter lists the various activities planned at the restaurant including music nights and wine appreciation courses. The newsletter also reproduces an article by Claude Forrel about the new restaurant.
