Built 1887 by W H Pearce for James de Lacey - owner. Architect - Messrs Blackwell and Dalton. James de Lacey lived in this 2 storey res. on and off for 50 years. 1978 - occupied by Mrs S C de Lacey Lowe - grand daughter of James de Lacey.
