A folder containing a collection of photos, auction brochures and newspaper clippings relating to East Melbourne and in particular to real estate.  

Myra Sutton, the donor of the collection, was on the committee of the East Melbourne Group and there are some items which relate to the work of the EMG, such as correspondence, newspaper clippings and flyers.

Most items  have been scanned and catalogued individually.
