117 George Street – a report of the sale of Coniston, 117 George Street, East Melbourne. Mentions previous owner Mabel Goodyear. (1996)
Bishopscourt – 4 cuttings about plan and subsequent court case to subdivide the Bishopscourt garden to sell on the private market for building blocks. (1998-99)
Burchett – 2 cuttings about new evidence which refutes the long-held belief that Wilfred Burchett was a communist spy.  Wilfred Burchett was the brother of Winston Burchett, East Melbourne historian. (2000)
