Newspaper report of the purchase of 100 Wellington Parade by The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners for about $25 million. Previous owners were the Heine Brothers and more recently Melbourne Water. Also newspaper clipping about Melbourne Water's move out of 100 Wellington Parade in order to consolidate its four city offices into one. It moved into the building in 2002. [The Age, 8 July 2009]
