Kev Franzi lived at 166 Wellington Parade, and Julian Smith lived at 36 Powlett Street. Includes some examples of Dr. Smith's work, among them a portrait of Oscar Hammerstein II who, when on theatrical tours in the 1920s, used to stay in a cottage behind 99 Hotham Street.
