Digital archive Digital copy of a colour slide. Photo shows the ICI Building taken from the roof of the General Post Office building on the corner of Exhibition and Lt Lonsdale Streets. The photographer, Gordon J Walker, worked in the building at the time. ICI House was completed in 1958 and was for three years the tallest building in Australia. On the right is St Patrick's Cathedral.
