1880. MCC BR: S. Raphael for self, 3-storey house. A.F. Kursteiner - architect.
1882. J. Simeon Raphael - owner/ocupier of No.146, 8 rooms and No.148, 10 rooms.
Note: Classified by National Trust. For citation refer index card. Of particular note regarding the design is the corner unit of three storeys to a neighbour of two storeys.
